Didn't know that. I buy them, haven't thought about really selling any yet but I will be asking at least what I paid for them if I do.

It is a endless cycle, but with at least posting here CC can weed out people from his 4grabs sale that purchase only to make a profit. There is already enough people that want a CC to actually keep that profiteers shouldn't even be given a chance.

I can see both sides here. The trade only threads are very frustrating for those without rare caps/sets - but I get that flipping is just as irritating.
I reckon you'd have to stop both for it to work.

Despite that I still believe in capitalism and people have a right to deal as they please and will exercise it as long as others join the game to complete transactions..

Ha! Just pure luck then... Just out of curiosity, how long does it take for them to sell out? 5 minutes? 20?

The tri-colors sell out within the first few minutes, and the singles probably 10-15 minutes. It depends on if the sale was posted on GH or EK.

There has to be a better way to approach to knowing when these sales will happen. Any insider tips other than pure luck?

CC usually announces the day/time for his public sales on GH, but the EK sales are totally random; either you're lucky enough to be logged on and checking your email or EK, or your lose out.

Edit: ok, not TOTALLY random... but there's a higher chance of a sale during a major holiday.

Sadly not, it will be posted on here by someone who saw the email but only after they have placed their order so if you find out about an EK sale on here you really don't stand much of a chance.

I am sure word of mouth helps as well, users who know each other probably call their friends to let them know.
