small japanese kb. Based on the smaller keycaps up top, could be mitsumi, most likely RD. I was going to say it could be topre short throw, but the keycaps are different.

layout's pretty interesting. g80-1800 style off regular position arrow keys, plus a TK layout. Would be a cool board to make into a mech

I've got some skinny caps like the top row that are MX compatible.
