They came off some weird terminal WYSE board I think, because as you'll see on the home row and print screen keys, they're weird =)

From past experience the people I've dealt with here on GeekHack haven't had any issues with sending a flat rate box to Hawaii as it is the same price; personalized packaging, on the other hand, is a different story and depends on the vendor.
