Software for testing keyboard mod designs/colors?

Only way I know so far is to use 3d design software to make keyboard and key caps and texture with wanted colours or get a white keyboard and key caps of the keyboard you have and colour it in on a 'multiply' layer in Paint.net or photoshop etc.
