Need a replacement cherry stabilizer

I just received a KBT pure from someone on ebay, but when I got it, one of the stabilizers for the spacebar was broken.




Here is the stabilizer from the left...

and from the right...


The bottom part of the clip is broken off, and won't hold the bar in place, so it pops out while I'm typing making the spacebar higher on the left side, and not register most keypresses unless I hit right in the center.

Anyone have one, or know where I can get one?

Hard to tell from the image, but if the left stab holder's right clip is broken and not the left one, you might be able to just swap the stab holders (left X right).  This will require you to desolder the keyboard to the best of my knowledge to change these stab holders.

Though from looking at the picture I am not sure the left one is broken?  Perhaps the wire has just popped out and needs to be put back into the clip?

It's not broken, just dislodged. Take something like a small flat screwdriver and push the wire back into the plastic clip. If the plastic clip that hold the wire is broken, you can swap the clips left to right. It does not require soldering it is plastic that is pressure fit in holes in the pcb. To remove you take a small screwdriver and press forward on the clip on the flat side you can't see the round peg on. It will lift up, then you will pull it up and back to lift it out.

The wire pull out of the clip quite often when remove the keycap if it is very tight. It's not really a big deal.

I have no experience with cherry PCB mount stabs, but I do have and extra one from an old WYSE board if it does turn out to be broken. Try what has been suggested first though.

It is broken. I've pushed it back into the same position on the left as it is on the right, and it just comes out.

It's broken on both sides, so if I switch the left and right nothing will be different.

As I said, I'm just looking for someone that has some spare clips I could buy, or for someone who knows where I can buy some from.

The part of the stabilizer wire where the green arrow is needs to be seated into the stabilizer insert where the yellow arrow is. It will snap into place there.

That doesn't even look slightly damaged much less broken.  The wire just isn't seated properly into the clips.  You just need to push it into the clips.

Make sure that the wire ends are going properly into the dummy switch stems and push.... like you mean it.

If I had a spare stabilizer around I'd take a picture to show you... but I don't. Perhaps JD or Alaric has a spare set to show you what they mean.

After you said this, I investigated further.
Turns out, this...

part of the stabilizer was bent slightly downwards, so it wouldn't push up against the bar when it was in the its proper place.

So I unclipped the stabilizers from the PCB, bent the left one back upwards, and voila, it works now. Although it came out again once already, so I might have to apply some heat to bend it if it comes out again.
