I suppose it's all relative:

IBM Model M15, with numberpad, $500.

Looks like it needs some work.

Uhm... no.

He's right.  Did you also notice the low feedback rating the seller has at 94.2%.

I NEVER buy or hand over money to anyone with a feedback rating lower than 98% because it means you will still get the item delivered to your door in the condition it was shown in the photos they provided in the sale.

But Clowns with low feedback rating's will do anything to lie, steal and misrepresent the item in getting your money.  I know Paypal is the safe guard but it takes time before you see your money refunded back into your account.  Trust me, I have dealt with clowns that had low feedback ratings and they all deserve that type of feedback - 100%.

this qualifies as a great find?

are such keyboards worth $10000 on the market, such that a spoiled one can go for $500 for part?  :D :D :D :D

Uhm... no.
Most of the modding can be done on your own once you break through the psychological barriers.

Certainly found it interesting, I don't recall seeing one (or two) with a numpad in forever.  But I wouldn't even pay $500 for a nice M15, much less this, even from a great seller.

They used to go consistently over $1000, now even the nice ones sans numpad are around $500 recently.
