Software to input kanji by hand

Does anyone know of software for Windows that can provide this, preferably free? I only know of Yokozuna (shareware).

I'm using the built-in Microsoft Input Method Editor on my Japanese version Windows XP (Microsoft IME Standard ver8.1). Doesn't the Microsoft Global IME thing work on your sytem maybe? It's not a freeware, obviously, but I don't think it require additional cost than your OS.
I'm sorry I don't know it in details, unfortunately.

EDIT: Some more googling and found this, doesn't this work? http://www.kanjikit.net/download/ime.pdf
I guess it's a little bit hard-core, though.

EDIT2: and something more interesting (and probably less useful) here http://www.chinese-tools.com/tools/mouse.html
This one seems to be simplified Chinese

If you mean character recognition, then for XP, you'll need to enable support for inputting Japanese with the Windows CD.  After that, look for the IME Pad, as seen in the picture.  I hope I'm not being too vague.  You shouldn't have to pay for it, unless there is something considerably better out there.  I learned Japanese in a class.
