FC200R

http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=47497.0

65+shipping from this guy who just poted it up.

There is a new version FC700R which will cost you around $140-150 shipped,

but if you don't care about case color

QFR sometimes are seen at $35-45 and you can obtain white keycaps at $30-40 on Signature plastics
Keyboards:
Filco Majestouch 2 - Sakura Edition [MX Blue]
Filco Majestouch 2 - Lotus Edition [MX Brown]
Realforce 23ub - Modded with 55g Domes.
Aripeko TKL

Wait, are you trying to buy them or just asking for help?

And maybe a FC700R? But why can't you just get keycaps from SP that are black on white or just blank white? Or look for old Cherry sets that are Black on Beige/White.

Or if you have a board already, there are a couple of these still available: http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=43034.0
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Thanks all, the SP kits looks good.
Spending $40 on "partial" keycaps when the Razer Tournament cost me $45...
