printed/lasered semi-clear keycaps?
« on: Fri, 04 October 2013, 02:47:03 »
Is there any company that offers custom lasered or printed keycaps in semi-clear like the KBC Semi-Clear ABS 104-Keyset that feng has for sale?

I don't even want to put backlight behind them, I just like the looks like on the old Apple Pro Keyboard M7803.

I think combining keycaps like that with a silver aluminium case and 60% size would match my iMac really nicely... :)

Not 100% sure how these are printed but they look slightly closer to what you're after.

There are two different versions offered by Max, top & front printed. The legends are laser "printed".
Currently using: RK-9000WH/GR, CMS QFXT w/ Ghost Squid

Yeah, the Max caps are what Fizzerific had already linked. Sadly they aren't customizable either.

Also the modifiers are slightly less useful on a Ducky Mini that's going to be used on a Mac. The bottom row is Ctrl, Alt, Cmd, Space, Cmd, Fn, Pn, Ctrl which means I'd need only one alt, but 2 of their "Win" caps and 2 Fn caps. :(
