Hey all, new kid here!

Hey guys, I recently joined the club.

I'm a total noob in the kb industry. I just recently found the pleasure of buying and using mechanical keyboards when I first saw some kids in me lab buying a Realforce keyboard using their lab budget. Tried them, loved them and bought them right away. Then I stumbled upon this group, and was poisoned by it and became a KB addict :p

Now I'm a proud owner of a realforce 86U, a Filco Majestouch (Black Switch, this one, I luckily stumbled in the junk pile at the lab), Filco ninja tenkeyless (Brown switches) and a KBT pure pro (ISO UK purple backlit blue switches, though the keycaps were quite flimsy made, hence I ordered some key caps from max keyboards).

I learned a lot from here and am really interesting in getting my hands on the latest keyboards from Max Keyboard (Blackbird ten key less with double shot injection keycaps).

Hoping to join in your discussions in the future.

That's a really nice lab you're in! My research group only has crappy RDs!

But that first realforce was really an eye opener  :eek:. Previously I thought razer or logitech or microsoft was everything. Never thought that it was nothing special compared to the keyboards posted here. :))
