Noppoo Choc Mini, what's going on?

Since I've switched to Keycool, I've been missing my Noppoo Choc Mini so I wanted to buy another one but whenever I tried to find one, they are literally no-where to be seen.

Like 90% of the ones available on E-bay are like $256 and above, (because of limited stock or something).

qTan has had them available for months.

So does anyone know what's going on with them? like why they are in very short supply, because I really want to get one and I'd rather not have to buy yet another replacement for the current keyboard I have and find out that I do not like it.

I don't know, they came out with a new 2013 model but by 6 months ago it was out of stock.

I have a non-2013 model black very clean in like-new condition with mx reds I've been meaning to ebay but I haven't got around to it. $70+15 shipping in US.

I've been wanting a Keycool 84 so I'm curious what you prefer about the Noppoo Choc Mini. I prefer the smaller space bar, but most people seem to prefer the standard size.

I'd buy that in a heartbeat, but I live in England and I wouldn't want it to get lost or whatever in transit and all that crap, so shipping may cost a bit more than just $15 unfortunately.
I just like the look and feel of the Noppoo more to be honest, the keys feel better to type on and it's just an overall preference really.

Realistically, I'd like a HHKB2 but, I'm not going to spend that much for a keyboard, at least not right now anyhow.

I currently have 2 Keycool 84's, one Grey version with Cherry Blacks and one White version with Cherry Browns.

Blacks = no.
Browns = not that bad really, not as good as reds imo.

My opinion, if I may: if you are thinking of HHKB you might as well save to buy it instead of trying out others and end up still lusting for it. Every dollar saved goes into getting closer to buying the HHKB.

I was once like that and had a Choc Mini MX Black. Hated it. Went with a poker 2 Blues which I love but still lust at the HHKB. Ultimately end up with one and sold off the Choc, after listing it for months - and the Poker 2 inside the drawers somewhere.

Imagine the savings of time and dollars if I were to go straight to HHKB.
