As I have made public recently, my duty cycle is a bit of a bridge too far for the Hakko 888D. Before I plain break the thing, I'd like to give it to someone who will have a duty cycle that is a bit more copacetic with it. It is a 115v model, and comes with about 5-6 tips, small medium and large spades, a conical and a wiper. With TLC, I suspect one of you kids could make it last a good 5 years, whereas I am almost certainly going to break it in the next 6 months. The tips are all in good shape. I have two T18-D16s that I mostly duty cycled across and the tip I have been using most lately is the T18-D32, which is a monster.

ps, I will be moving to an Edsyn 2020 with hot air capability, for those who are curious. It will complement my 808 and family of soldapullts, which I think are perfectly sufficient for all desoldering tasks, but that may go up for grabs if I pick up an HT500 desoldering gun attachment for the 2020. Anyway, only the 888d is up for grabs right now.
Oh, I'll also toss in about 3-4 extra fitted sponges. I stocked up on them because the replacements to the original all ended up being really flimsy. I actually just started using a kitchen sponge because I was going through the things so fast :/
