White on Black Moogle kit

Hello,

I found an old G81-3000 with nice black on white double shot keys which I wanted to use on my Quickfire XT keyboard. Since the bottom row and the capslock don't fit my keyboard: Does anyone know where to get matching keycaps? I think the best thing would be GMK double shots. Does such a Moogle kit even exist?

I have seen SP made moogle kits, but not GMK made ones. I sold one of the first some time ago. You should be aware that DCS profile made by SP is similar to GMK, but not exactly the same. In particular the bottom row, where the modifiers are, shows a different angle at the top of the caps. GMK has produced two different profiles for the bottom row called A and B profiles, and none are exactly the same than SP. I think your set should be B profile for the bottom row, so far I've seen all the WoB sets made by GMK to use the B profile, and the A profile has been used for the beige ones.

You may try this modifers' set meanwhile you find an actual moogle kit. It is only 12 + S&H and has 1.25 mods.

Oh yes, they are the right profile if you want them in colors, and not white on black as your subject referred. The caps lock does not match the GMK's font exactly but it is a solution. I am seeing mine right now, and its fonts does not match the WoB GMK's.

I just submitted an order for the CMYW set, so I'll have plenty of time to look for a capslock key. Techkey has a capslock with cherry font listed but it's currently sold out. Maybe they'll get a restock.

You can also keep an eye out for cheap G80-8113 or 8200 H**US models on ebay. Those boards come with a fulltouch caps lock and 1.25 modifers. Those models come with MX brown or clear if you haven't tried them already it's a good way to.

I just updated my profile to let it show my location. I did a search on ebay.de but couldn't find anything with a fitting capslock. Ebay.com would get to expensive, I think. Considering the seller would agree to ship overseas at all.

Maybe there will be some groubuy in the future with a smaller option that includes a capslock key and preferably some black mods and spacebar.
