nyanhello?
« on: Tue, 18 February 2014, 04:33:43 »
Hi all,

Ex-gamer and aspiring programmer here.
I made an account awhile back because I was pointed in this direction, from another forum, for a nyan-cat keycap group buy. Turns out I missed the group buying window. That was back in 2012. So now, I decided to come back with a proper account!

I've yet to buy my first mechanical keyboard, but I plan on buying a TLK CM Storm Quickfire Stealth and buying blank keycaps to start my obsession. I was originally going to buy a TKL Leopold FC200RT but the 'universal' spacebar seems to be an issue amongst keycap upgraders. Also the cost of shipping to Hawaii is ridiculous.

Anyway, thanks for reading!
See you around :D

You are in luck, good sir!

The Quickfire Stealth is a good choice. It was my first keyboard is well, and you're correct that it's easily upgradable/modifiable.
