I'm trying to help a friend who is running a half marathon and raising money for the American Cancer Society on behalf of her father who has prostate cancer.

I chipped in $100 - hope some of have the same gut reaction to help that I did.

Cancer Sucks - Let's help eliminate it.

There is a lot of coverage for these "no makeup selfies" going round facebook and twitter right now. Basically women postin pictures with no makeup (strangely) to promote cancer awareness. It's pretty good, there are like 15K tweets about it as of this afternoon (UK time), but there are a lot of ****ish guys who are ripping into women for being "ugly" which really pisses me off.

I lost my grandad to cancer last year, and his local pub did a santa run at christmas in his honour, it was really nice. So yeah, I will totally help out :)
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?
