G80-8113HRCUS $55 shipped WOB ISO doubleshots
« on: Wed, 26 March 2014, 21:16:37 »
If you like ISO, this is a pretty cheap source for doubleshots and Cherry switches.  If you're ANSI, it's a nice start since it has pretty much all you need outside of a small couple of caps for a full keyboard set.

It's not ISO, the it's missing a key, also no altgr, also leftshift is too large. It's just the enter and |\ keys that are ISO.

I saw this when it was posted. Too expensive for me, but may be a good price for some.

The thread title says black on white. For a bit more you can get similar boards brand new as well.

Really? Are the Double shots or just lasered POM?

Cheapest new one I can find with doubleshot thick ABS is $95 or make offer.  Sometimes you can find a G81 board for that much, but I've never seen a G80 with doubleshots for that low brand new.

Perhaps you're thinking of the thin pad printed or lasered sets.

Yeah that's the one I was talking about. I wasn't counting the shipping. But that seller is known to take offers a bit lower than the sale price. He might take $60 or so. The big enter scared me off though.

Still wondering why the title of the thread says black on white though. You tricked me ;)

that listing has been on ebay forever. I tried a few times and he wouldn't take an offer I was acceptable with.

Technically that make it an ISO-US layout (only 101/104 key, but with ISO enter and relocated \|)

Oh really. That sucks. The seller used to have a bunch of new g81 boards and would take offers at like 25% off. I bought one a couple years ago.
