for a 2000 dpi adjustable ergo mouse there's no real loss unless the shipping fees are insanely high...if i can remember correctly, the rat v2 is 90aud and i thinks that's 4000dpi so ye.  :thumb:
i've spent way more for worse too many times;;

That doesn't look like a real RAT.
I mean, it kind of looks like the RAT 3, but... http://www.cyborggaming.com/prod/rat3.htm

the RAT designs are, imo the least ergonomic mice ever made, for what it's worth. hard angles are bad for blood flow, and they are all palm designs, which are the worst for your wrists, as you shove the nerves clustered into the carpal tunnel directly into your work surface.

to all the brilliant friends who have left us, and all the students who climb on their shoulders.

I agree, not a very friendly design, but I bought a RAT 7 because for my freakishly big hands. When it's "stretched out" it's quite comfortable and fits better in my palm than anything else I tried.

Alas, it broke shortly after the warranty expired and I haven't ordered a replacement.

I was wrong, it was the sensor that is adjustable. Even so, still a good price and since monoprice are partnered with Zowie I doubt returns would be a problem. Although shipping may cost more than the mouse if you're not within the US... \/_\/
