Is a TKL an 80% Board?

Just curious, people call boards 60%, 75%, 80%,
What is a standard TKL like Ducky, is that an 80% board?
And what is that based on, number of keys, or just physical measurements or?

Tkls aren't true to their name, it's not 104 minus 10 keys
They're generally 87 key for winkey versions and 86 for winkeyless

An example of a standard 87-key 'TKL' is the cm storm QFR or any keyboard that has alphas and mods, function row, the prt scrn, pause, scroll lock, pg up and down, home and  end, del and insert, and arrow keys in a standard layout like the one in your post.

83%, rounded down.

Still, hardly anyone uses that name. TKL is much easier to understand.
