Tkls aren't true to their name, it's not 104 minus 10 keys
They're generally 87 key for winkey versions and 86 for winkeyless
An example of a standard 87-key 'TKL' is the cm storm QFR or any keyboard that has alphas and mods, function row, the prt scrn, pause, scroll lock, pg up and down, home and end, del and insert, and arrow keys in a standard layout like the one in your post.
