Pick one WTB thread to keep, the other will be removed, please review the rules.
The rules specifically state: "Do not create more than two active Classifieds threads at any one time." I just checked, and he only has two active. How about you review the rules.
Sometimes, there is a necessity to create a separate thread for something you're looking to find quickly, or something new you're searching for. People are lazy. If they're seen your thread multiple times, they won't enter it anymore, and you lose prospective transactions. The new rule for number of threads is ridiculous, but that's beside the point. He hasn't broken them.
