It's pretty dirty and untested, but it appears to be the less common version of the IBM PC Enhanced made by Northgate with the function row on the left hand side.  I figured it might be interesting to some people.  You can ask them to pull a cap if you want to be absolutely sure.

The cross section is sort of interesting-- looks like it's the spiritual ancestor of the Dell and SGI AT101 series boards.

I also find the writing on top amusing: "Primitive but it works".
