You should be able to go under the geekhack.org marketplace area and find some links to sales.

In today's lifestyle, hunting for good deals is the new hunt for us that sustained our ancestors.  That's why hunting for a good deal is so fun.

Keep an eye out on the artisan forums, classifieds (if you're willing to pay the usually high aftermarket prices), CtrlAlt.io, Elite Keyboards, Clack/Bro therapy threads.

Welcome to Geekhack!

The ones you have listed are artisan keycaps, which are not generally available unless the respective artisan holds a sale, either themselves on GH or via a third party store (e.g. Elite Keyboards or [CTRL]ALT).

Keep an eye on their respective vendor forums, watch the respective therapy threads in the keycaps section (seriously - you wouldn't believe how much chatter goes onin therapy when a sale is coming up), and just generally join in the community :D
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
