ATMega32 PCB questions

would anyone be willing to give me the run down on PCB schematics for an ATMega32 how to set that up?. i have an example schematic but i have questions. thanks :)

I would PM metalliqaz, regack, or Haata and see if they could help out.

hehe i'm waiting from a pm back from regack :D figured i'd message here just in case he was busy or what not.

he shared with me one of his basic board schematics but i have questions  :-[
