Help please! Ducky Shine 3 TKL Capslock LED

Hello folks....

I got my new Ducky Shine 3 LED keyboard today and I like it very much but I have one thing that I dont understand:

My Capslock led isnt working. I read that it just lights up when CAPSLOCK is activated, but no matter what I do, if I acitvate it or not, it doesn't light up.
When I switch the CAPSLOCK with the Ctrl key (it is possible to do so in the settings on the backside of the keyboard) the Ctrl LED isn't lighted anymore, no matter if the CAPSLOCK is activated or not.

It is the same with SCROLL LOCK.

Does anyone know if this is normal?

scroll through the different modes.

I found the error. Windows causes this. I dont know how or why but on my Macbook everything just works fine...

That doesn't sound normal.  On all my Duckys (including one Ducky Shine 3) the Caps and Scroll LEDs just work.

You could try updating the firmware and/or resetting the keyboard.

That's weird because usually it's the other way around, where having the keyboard connected to a Mac causes problems.

In any case, here is where you can download the latest firmware for the keyboard. Try updating it to see if it doesn't eliminate your issues.

On the Mac the Scroll Lock doesn't work (AFAICR), but Caps Lock does!
