Hi there, I recently picked up a keyboard from a friend for cheap,it's a razer Blackwidow ultimate, Mass effect version, I don't really have much use for it, but - I thought it'd be fun to build a new housing for it, aswell as swap out a few things I disliked about it. Starting with the case itself, what are some popular types of housing people like to use? I was considering acrylic seeing as it's quite cheap where I am, but I suspect that would scratch quite easily, so yeah any suggestions there would be great. The next thing i'd like to do is switch out the USB cable, the cable that it comes with is a big bulky cable, and i'd much rather go for something much more simplistic, the connector is as pictured below, I can if necessary pull it apart and re soldier with another, but would much prefer to buy the cable with that specific connector if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Edit: A better question to ask would be, does anyone know if it's possible to buy this specific type of 15 pin sata connector?
