They're seriously amazing. I'm around 5"10 and am currently using a 65 CM stability ball. I started using it a few weeks ago and have since permanently moved my old office chair to the basement. Here are some of the benefits that I've experienced:
-My core's molten.
-My posture's golden. (I no longer have sore shoulders)
-I can bounce on it while I write posts or watch movies.
-You can "bunny-hop" with these if you lock your heels under the ball as you bounce, which instantly makes you smile if executed well enough.
-The internet and researchers say that I burn 20-30% more calories by sitting on this smile inducing black nimbus.
Does anyone else bounce or stand when they Dvorak or Ms. Pacman or general compute?
