Degrees Symbol & Other Shortcuts on TKL Keyboard
« on: Wed, 25 February 2015, 20:24:32 »
So I just found myself needing to do Alt+248 for the degrees symbol.  I own a QFR.  Is there any sort of software I can download that can just map it onto the number row instead of the numpad? Or am I screwed?
All hail Hall Effect keyboards!
I'm a QFR Blues noob.
WASD keycaps are terrible.

You need Autohotkey

http://www.autohotkey.com/

[EDIT]

I assumed you are running Windows, but I should have asked. If you're using Mac OSX, the answer is Karabiner...

Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.

You ahl from Amelica ahl you not? Then you must have layout without Alt Glaph key.

I have the degrees symbol on Alt Gr-0 (zero). Swedish layout, not tweaked in any way.
