Does this service drastically impact your Internet connection speed? I have 100 Mb service and would like to keep it as close to that as possible.

Very little. I can torrent just as fast as before. I sometimes accidentally leave it on during gaming and my ping goes form ~17ms (DC area) to ~65ms (I think the east coast connection in in NY).

Grrr I just reupped mine for a year a week ago...

Same here, no impact on speed on downloads... the inbuilt speedtest in the torrent client reports PIA VPN as a 500mbps connection, in which case I had to set the upload speed to something sane for my actual connection speed so it wouldn't choke. It's a very good and reliable service if you need a VPN.

If I were traveling for work as much as I used to, I'd snap this up in a second, but I just don't think I'd use it enough in the way it was intended.
