Trivia: Identify this keyboard and trackball

Never seen the both:

what keyboard as well as trackball is this? Seems like an integrated unit, but the ball is huuuge!!!

Seeing their backgrounds I sort of assume that this maybe is a custom designed one.

Of course TinEye does not return the source of this thing. Anybody has more info?

I almost guarantee that that keyboard is some permutation of an ergonomic rubber dome keyboard like the Microsoft Wave and that that isn't a trackball but a laser mouse.

And that confirms that it's a rubber dome ergo keyboard, likely Microsoft but maybe Logitech, and a laser mouse.

guys, so sorry.. I was so focused on the keyboard that I overlooked the mouse and assumed it is a trackball from the red glow.
