What do you think?

Hello everyone. I purchased a Ducky less than a year ago, and I'm really getting aggravated. The backlights have gone out one by one since maybe 3 months or so after I bought it. It was nearly $200, and I just don't understand. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do? I count 23 keys that are out.

If it was less than a year ago, you should be able to RMA it. Ducky are known to have issues with single LEDs, but if you are within warranty then you should be fine to send it back.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

I looked it up, and I got it in October of 2014, so I've submitted an RMA. Thank you.

They have good customer service, so they should be able to sort you out. I got a response from them in 10 minutes about my missing keyring from my YOTH board :)

Well, I purchased it through NCIX, so I am having to go through their RMA.
