Just got a Massdrop email about the Noppoo Lolita Spyder Rainbow LED keyboards. So let's analyze the name of this keyboard here. "Rainbow" is understandable, considering the multicolored LEDs. I also think of LGBT flags, Hawaii, and the Wizard of Oz when I see the word rainbow. "Spyder" is an edgy alternative spelling of that dark and mysterious arachnid, chosen to promote the cool edginess of the product, but also invokes the name of the Porsche and every unoriginal company ever that decided to use this alternative spelling of spider. And "Lolita" is a name synonymous with pedophilia, thanks to the famous Vladimir Nabokov novel and Stanley Kubrick movie.
In conclusion, we have a keyboard that could be mistaken for a gay Hawaiian pedophile dressed as Dorothy that drives a Porsche.
In addition we have the Noppoo Choc Mini, a name that makes me want to eat miniature chocolate bars rather than buy a keyboard.
Noppoo also is a responsible for the Royal Kludge keyboard brand (I think), which is a name that basically means a grand engineering failure.
Anything else?
Either somebody at Noppoo as a great sense of humor, or most of their market is non-English speaking and they don't care how their keyboard names translate into English. Overall, I recommend they hire a native English speaker to improve their naming conventions, or just keep pumping out these entertaining gems.
