Need to know what this keyboard is

I found my dad's old IBM he bought in i think 2001. I need help identifying it. it feels like rubber domes and i think the cable is messed up(doesnt register any keys in windows).

It's a rather common dome too.

True it is  ;D .

Better get anything made in Thailand or Malaysia because they were the absolute BEST made (avoid Chinese Made keyboards like Skunk Piss), when it came to the IBM membrane series.
