Questions about Quickfire Ultimate brown

Since CM is not answering my questions hope you guys aid me with this:

F12 never lights off if i shut down the pc with that keycap activated/lighted, is that ''feature'' of this keyboard?


About the cherry mx... they're german switches? since the board is made in china.

That's the windows lock indicator right? I'm assuming you've tried this but... did you press Fn + F12 to try turning it off?

As i stated it happens when shut down my pc with the lock activated, of course i can't do anything with my comp turned off. The bottom line is that my pc is fully turned off and that keycap is still lighted :-X
