The keyboard you're looking at buying (or have bought?) has the keys above the arrow cluster shifted down one row compared to their usual positions. There are 5 extra top row keys compared to most keyboards. The ins/home/pgup and del/end/pgdn keys will have the wrong profile, so they will have a different angle from the main block of keys next to them.
The 5 keys at the right of the top row are not standard keys, and there are not caps for them in the set. You could cover most of those keys with the top of the numpad (numlock, *, /, -), or any other extra top two row keys that come in your set, but it's very unlikely that you will find caps that match those symbols.
None of these mean that the sets won't physically work, but they might not be everything you're hoping for.
