A bit dirty, so who knows what condition the switches are in, but PBT keycaps clean up easily, and that price is hard to beat.

For Canadians, there’s also this dirty orange Alps M0115 starting at $10:

Supposedly 3 switches don’t work, and the others are probably pretty scratchy, but again not a bad price even for just the keycaps, if someone is in Canada where shipping is cheaper.

I have two of these and love them. Great deal if this can be had for the starting price.

ADB cable. Will also need a special active converter for a modern computer.

I'll be watching this.  Hard to imagine it will stay that low of a price though.

S-video cable is interchangeable with Apple's ADB, and most are probably higher (audio) quality anyway.
From the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 :

To provide for calling forth the Militia  to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

Sometimes you can get lucky on eBay. I got two for £1.20 + £1 shipping the other day. They're not rare, you just need to look for them. You might need a (much more expensive) active adapter though.

To ask a stupid question, why does audio quality matter? I am new to this and i want to make an informed purchase before wasting money.

S-Video carries an analog signal at about several MHz frequency, compared to ADB which carries a digital signal at something like a few hundred Hz (not precisely sure, you can go google the specifics if you care).

So S-Video is a more demanding application for a cable, and would in theory require a higher cable quality.

In practice my guess is that the cables are pretty much the same.
