My guess is that it is the cherry G84-4100, the spacing between keys looks smaller than usual.

Yes, looks like it might be a badly lit Model M. The recessed ridges/channels on the left side and bottom edge of the keyboard are very M-like. Or perhaps one of the Keytronic keyboards that look similar to an M...

YES, we have a winner!!

IBM used a heavy Helvetica for the Model M keycaps. Coupled with dye-sublimation printing, it shows up very clearly in the photo. A true IBM classic

hey if the M is good enough for french intellectuals then its good enough for typing out my snippy geekhack posts xD
What I like about the M is its nice to know that some tech products have had staying power. Its rare in the gadget world where technology turnover is like 3 years tops.
