I'm trying to connect this
KB92-A.jpg (112.13 kB. 500x375 - viewed 82 times.) keyboard to my system, but the output cable uses 8P8C. The system its being used is an old DCS system. At first I suspected the 8P8C is a serial port but because the keyboard itself doesn't have any power source I expect some of the pins must be power sources, so I sampled output pins and found following result:
pin 5: 12v
pin 6: GND
pin 8: GND
Anybody knows or suspects what kind of communication protocol it uses? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated
