How much is this thing worth ?
I found it for a cheap price. Real cheap. Could I re-sell it for some profit ? Would there ever be someone who is willing to buy one ?
it says it uses MX Cherry , does it really ? If I take out the keycaps out of it, would they fit my MX Cherry blue switches?

Almost certainly uses MX blacks. The caps will happily fit on blues. They aren't that rare and they aren't light, so I doubt you'll make much money on it.
