Unsaver refurbished by Lexmark in '95, and thus in exceptional condition, with genuine original IBM APL keycaps. Looking for an original 62 key 4704, any condition. Please do not contact me with offers involving anything but this. Thank you  ;D

Would much prefer to buy the kish, pm me and we can discuss pricing.  :thumb:

I honestly don't know if that's a good deal for the person with the kish but good luck, my dude.

There is no set price for a kish as only two or three have sold publicly in the past 2 and a half years. Neither of those went above $500, if I'm not mistaken. An APL Unsaver that was also in great condition (better than this one) went for $1975 recently. Obviously that price is an extreme, and the market has changed drastically in recent times, but the point is it could very well be a perfectly good deal in terms of monetary value.

I don't know if the APL Unsaver you referenced is the one discussed here, but that originally sold for a silly amount of money, but the buyer and seller mutually agreed to cancel the transaction and so it was relisted.

Down here (Australia) either is as rare as, so silly amounts of money are likely to be involved either way.

If you don't mind my asking, where did you get your Unsaver from?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

The APL Unsaver I referenced is as follows: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MINT-Vintage-IBM-APL-Model-F-Mechanical-Keyboard-Unsaver-with-USB-controller/253254760732?hash=item3af728f91c:g:9eoAAOSwoR9aB98K.
I got it right here in Melbourne :)

This unsaver went low due to bank transfer only, therefore the seller relisted it with PayPal to get more money from it. We'll see in a few hours for how much it'll go but as many US people don't know that you can buy from foreign countries it'll probably go less than 2k$ as last time
