Is it possible to remove PCB stabilizers without having to desolder anything?

I would like to remove the stabilizers from my Kmac Mini because they rattle too much and I don't really need them. I only need the one in the spacebar.

PCB-mounted stabilizers take 10 sec to remove if there are no plate. If there is a plate in the way, it's impossible without having to desolder every switch and remove the plate. That's because they need some room on top of them once you pop out the legs, and if there's a plate right on top, this is not possible unless the hole on the plate is large enough.

I actually did it on my Kmac mini that have a plate and no desoldering needed!

Had to cut some plastic on the stabilizers but since I won't be using them I don't care at all. I removed them all except for the one on the spacebar.

I was quite funny to remove the wires playing Tetris  :))

So, I am in the middle of my first build using Cherry Stabs (all others have been Costar type)  and.... I am stuck.

Literally, the only way I can get the wire to go through results in non-moving stabs. Am I missing something here? Flipping the stem means the wire won't go through.

Immobile stabs is useless, but no other way even seems to work. Seriously I must be missing the punchline.

Never mind, I am most idiot. Just needed to use the force of 1000 suns to get the wire through. Wow, seems this could have been designed a bit better...

Grr. Wasted an hour on this...
