It's an IBM Model F XT: http://deskthority.net/wiki/IBM_Model_F#IBM_Personal_Computer_keyboard

It's likely to be one of the best feeling keyboards you'll ever type on.

As far as the decals, it wasn't uncommon for the shift, alt, and ctrl keys to be color coded for use with certain programs for documents/spreadsheets/etc.   Your photo quality isn't that great so cannot tell what's going on with the remainder of the keyboard.  Maybe APL, maybe a second language, if you have more details or better photos someone could likely provide a more complete answer.

+1 on better pics - it does look a little APL-ish.
Quoting me causes a posting error that you need to ignore.

Congrats!  And what's even better is that with a couple of adapters, you can type on that bad boy even today.  :thumb:
