They're both good, but out of the box Filco is better, the corsair stabilizers make it more snappy but they may need to be lubed.  Cherry stabilizers in FC660M feel mushy, and change the feel of the switch tremendously, some people fix this by taking them out and cutting parts of the stabilizer, some people feel when cut that the cherry stabilizers are better than the corsair.

I feel like they're incomparable since they have different layout
but they're both well built, though honestly Filco is a bit outdated and boring with their product
ever consider leopold or KUL for TKL?

Cherry clipped stabs feel as good as costar stabs. But I think the OP question is wider than only stabilizers.
