Ok guys trying to mod my pingmaster to use but Im very new to this. can someone explain what that grey plug is pluged into? and that one grey wire at the bottom this is my first project like this but if you dont try you wont learn right?

The Pingmaster is the IBM SKCC switch keyboard for the Asian market, so called because the switches ping like crazy.
