Paypal Class Action suit

Probably won't result in much, but this could help some of you who have had issues during group buys in the past.  Wasn't really sure where to post it, so here seemed fine.

I looked at this but I have never really been harmed by their shenanigans, mainly just annoyed.

If you took a significant loss you should join the suit, but you will need evidence and proof.

Do you feel the breeze? I don't want anybody going on me. We need every voter. I don't care about you. I just want your vote. I don't care."

I had an issue related to this during the Alps 60% GB.  Since I planned for Paypal to **** around, I didn't lose money.  The only thing lost was about a month of GB time.  I wonder if it is worth submitting a claim.

It might be of note that I did not receive an email mentioning this class action suit despite meeting the requirements for someone to have received the email.

You will probably have to show evidence of loss in order to receive any compensation.

I don't think this is about losing money as a result of the holds.  I think it is, in part, punitive for poorly informing users:

You are a member of the Claims Class if you are a current or former user of PayPal in the United States who: (1) had an active PayPal account between April 19, 2006 and November 5, 2015; and (2) had a hold or reserve placed on the account and/or the account was closed or suspended by PayPal.

I submitted a claim. I did not see anything that outlines having had money loss. It appears that the lawsuit is more about the policies that PayPal has recently imposed. I highly doubt I'll see anything of worth come out of this, but it was one hell of a headache during the rgbyk GB.
