Trying to connect my ergodox running cub-uanics tmk to a kvm switch at work. The kvm uses both usb and ps/2. The keyboard wont even light up when i connect it, tried both the usb and the ps/2 port(with ps/2 to usb adapter) with both pjrc and lufa stack. Tried benblazaks ergodox firmware and that one actually lights up the leds on the keyboard but apparently wont boot up properly.
The kvm is a Blackbox ServSwitch Octet.
Any ideas on how to get this to work?
