Using seil to remap macbook pro keys
« on: Sat, 27 February 2016, 00:12:03 »
I didn't know where else to post this, so hopefully someone can help me out on here!

I can't for the life of me figure out how to remap fn on seil. Ideally, I need to change fn -> left control & left command -> left alt

I selected the option:

Change command_L 55 (left command) to keycode 58 and succesfully left command is now left alt.
Such artisan, many caps, very keyboard.

You're going to need Karabiner for that (which used to be called KeyRemap4Macbook). It's a much richer utility than Seil, and ofters a ton more customizations.

It's also made by the same developer, and both can be installed simultaneously without problem.
