Check it.  I don't think this will get deep down and clean the dark recesses of your Model M, but it might be good for surface dirt.  Then again, maybe not.

I ordered a six-pack of these a while ago. They are not bad. I use them on my remote control and sometimes on my mouse, never on the keyboard though. Like you said -> It doesn't really go deep enough.

I clean the old fashioned way: remove each key and keycap, scrub them really good, and clean out underneath the keys.  A tedious process that takes up about an hour of my time.  Only needs to be done once in a blue moon though, my keyboards stay pretty clean down here in the lab.

It's the smell of nostalgia. A seemingly identical product with the same smell was sold as a toy (yes, toy snot/slime, they were simpler days!) when I was young in the 70s. I think they have now just repurposed it. Maybe added the antibacterial property.

It is a kind of chemical lemony smell, but doesn't really linger on whatever you clean with it.

Works OK for removing dust, and as it claims to kill germs I'd say it's an OK product. I suppose the advantage over a simple brush is you're removing the dust not just moving it about.

Probably goes deep enough on that notebook keyboard, not a regular desktop board tho.
And it's obvious that it is only effective at removing loose dirt (atleast when it's used like that guy in the video)- and probably has some bacterial killing agent so it does that too.

But obviously dude, you can't pat a paper towel on dried tomato sauce expecting it all to just come up
