For someone with a limited availability of keyboards that is a sizeable collection. Must have taken some serious work acquiring all of them. Nice work though and welcome to the forum!

Welcome to Geekhack!

Nothing wrong with Cherry MX!  Some people say Gaterons are smoother, but I have a couple of keyboards with MX blacks that are as smooth as butter :p

If that list is what you have available, I'm surprised that the Pok3r is more expensive than the Filco.  Filco used to be one of the more expensive keyboards available, rock solid though.

If you want backlighting you can't go wrong with the Ducky.  I haven't heard much about the CM Masterkeys S, but if it is to the same standard as the venerable QFR then it should also be a good, solid keyboard.

If you want a TKL without backlighting, the Filco would be a great choice.  Although there have long been reports that a few keycap sets rub against the case on the Filco.  I guess there's a bit less clearance there than on some keyboards.

Pok3r is also great - you can get all sorts of configurations, although availability of some combinations might be limited depending on where you are from.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
