well you could say the same about any product.
then again, most ads probably dont show you the real thing.
i dont see how it is not false advertisement. they are advertising something that is not what the product is. put a * at the end of whatever you say, and it can be a lie. i was reading a box for a duster the other day, a * note had ** within it, having me flip over the box AGAIN to see what the 'catch' was on the 'catch'.
always thought it would be nice if someone made a typical game trailer, but released a game that had nothing to do with it and was awful. people would complain, then realize all game trailers are like this, things would fix themselves.
and the simulated screen thing is one of the funnier ones. ads for televisions always try to make it look like WOW THAT PICTURE IS AMAZING but the ad is coming through YOUR tv. still works though.
just so much stupid crap, selling something that you cannot buy.
ive already done my "concept" rant in another thread, but the short version is these things do nothing, and it is amazing we dont just leave "concept cars" and whatnot to bored high school kids with cracked versions of maya.
