Topre numberpad keycaps?

Can I buy a set of Topre numberpad keycaps anywhere?  Does this exist? Anyone know?  I have a Realforce 23UB, and I would like some white keycaps, but don't want to buy a whole new keycap set.

Maybe you could offer to split a full set with someone who has a TKL RealForce.
