Pretty sure it's BTC dome with slider, if not, just rubber domes.

you can get these for really cheap, as for as rubber domes go these are teh ****z!

I have a similar board here (Viewmaster Brand).  MX Compatible stems, but the stabilizers are funny.  The large escape key makes it easy to ID.

Note that although BTC are most well-known for the 1.25 u escape key, several other companies also employed it on some models .
